In most cases we don’t charge for quoting. However for larger scale projects like decks, pergolas and renovations, due to the time these take to write up we do charge a non refundable fee of $250 plus gst. If you proceed with your quote we deduct this fee out of your final invoice. Quote charges need to be paid before the quote is sent. Proud Homes will let you know if a quote charge applies to your project.
At Proud Homes, we do not charge a call-out fee for your initial inspection visit. However, if you are not present at the agreed time of your appointment and have not given us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, a Call-out Fee of $220.00 plus GST (or as otherwise agreed in writing) will apply. This fee covers our time, travel costs, and the lost opportunity to book another client in your place. The Call-out Fee amount will always be clearly stated in any relevant document before you confirm your booking. To avoid this fee, please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
